Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Early Stage
Default, responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring
compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Directs and implements goals, objectives, and work standards for
the department
Develops and applies policies and procedures in line with
regulatory guidelines
Manages staff selection, training, and professional development to
enhance productivity and morale
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience managing multiple functions
Broad knowledge of Default Call Center, Loss Mitigation, and
Settlement principles
Experience in leading employees across multiple locations and
implementing solutions
