Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator to
assist members in scheduling healthcare evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize pre-approved scripts for consistent communication and
scheduling of healthcare evaluations
Make 350-450 outbound calls daily, meeting productivity and
attendance goals
Track personal performance metrics and report member complaints to
supervisors
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Desire to work in a results-driven outbound call center
environment
Strong sales aptitude with a focus on earning monthly
incentives
Ability to follow a fixed daily schedule and comply with
feedback
Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
