Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of proposal development from
opportunity identification to submission
Drive capture strategies and lead pre-RFP engagement efforts,
focusing on relationship building
Monitor market trends and manage pipelines to align with company
growth goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in preparing quote letters and
proposal responses
Bachelor's degree preferred
US Citizenship is required
Proficiency in managing pipelines through market intelligence
platforms
Proven track record of supporting and winning competitive bids
