A company is looking for a Project Manager, Talent
Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for talent
initiatives
Evaluate existing HR processes and drive standardization across
regions
Develop change management strategies and conduct training for new
HR tools
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related
field
5+ years of experience in HR operations, project management, or
HRIS implementation
Proven project management skills with Agile, Lean, or similar
methodologies
Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
