Join our team as the Director of Quality, where you will be a pivotal Operations Management team member responsible for creating and maintaining a Quality Culture. You will lead all division QA functions, develop strategic quality plans in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, and ensure Watkins's facilities, processes, and personnel deliver products that meet design specifications and achieve high customer satisfaction through comprehensive quality management systems and cross-departmental leadership.YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

• Are you a quality transformation leader? You will establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System, communicating company objectives and quality specifications across all levels of the organization.
• Can you drive continuous improvement? You will introduce industry best practices, deploy quality tools like DFMEA and PFMEA, and develop strategic quality plans that align with our business objectives.
• Are you a cross-functional collaboration expert? You will work closely with management teams, production operators, and engineers to establish quality and reliability standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Do you excel in supplier management? You will lead supplier evaluation activities, conduct audits, resolve quality issues, and develop robust supplier qualification processes.
• Can you turn data into actionable insights? You will develop quality reports, analyze trends, and create improvement plans that drive operational excellence.WHAT YOU BRING
  • BA or BS in an appropriate discipline; Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of quality assurance management experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in Supplier management, problem-solving methodologies, and lean Manufacturing principles
  • ISO quality systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ERP Oracle experience preferred
