Job Description Job Description Construction Superintendent - Life Science/Healthcare Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects, specifically in the life sciences, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality standards on the job site. Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets, reporting on progress and issues as they arise. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and regulations. Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, with a focus on life science, healthcare, or pharmaceutical projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
