accounts Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an energetic and
experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This
is a permanent role that requires a dynamic professional with a
strong business acumen and a proven track record in driving
business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years
of experience in business development, lead generation, territory
sales, and/or territory management. Responsibilities: 1. Developing
and implementing strategic business development plans to expand the
company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the
market. 2. Identifying potential clients in the target market and
complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business
needs. 3. Generating leads and managing sales processes for the
company while also maintaining an accurate and detailed client
database. 4. Partnering with sales teams and coordinating with
other team members to achieve the company's business objectives. 5.
Conducting competitive market analysis to identify new business
opportunities and trends. 6. Maintaining a deep knowledge of
company's products and services, and crafting sales presentations
to potential clients accordingly. 7. Negotiating contracts with
prospective clients, working closely with legal and finance teams.
8. Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets. 9. Providing
feedback to the marketing and product departments regarding
customers’ requests, presentations, and competition.
Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in business
development, lead generation, territory sales, and territory
management - Aerospace, Fasteners, Electronics, and/or Hardware
experience required. 2. A Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3. Proven ability to
plan and manage resources. 4. Exceptional negotiation and closing
skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. 6.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet
deadlines. 8. Ability to travel as needed. 9. Knowledge of
manufacturing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive
