Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Enablement
to lead the strategy and execution of sales enablement
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable sales enablement programs that adapt
to industry changes
Ensure consistent adoption of sales methodologies and best
practices across the organization
Mentor and develop team members while establishing feedback
mechanisms to enhance enablement programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum of ten years of industry and leadership experience in sales
operations
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
