Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory
practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling
appointments
Utilize a computerized scheduling system and maintain accurate
patient records using Epic
Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in
training new personnel as directed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
Ability to explain complex healthcare issues with empathy
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications
Comfortable using various communication tools including phone,
email, and online chats
Effective interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of
professionals
