Key Responsibilities
Understand and explain the company's value proposition, products,
and processes
Drive sales with a consultative approach and meet monthly sales
goals
Build relationships with borrowers and maintain communication
through various channels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience as a loan originator or loan officer in
commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and
G-Suite
Possession of a book of business
