As we are expanding exponentially, our ambitious team is looking for like-minded, enthusiastic individuals to join us full-time.Petrofly will match new hires to a manager and two mentors to guide and develop their skills and industry expertise.*Key Duties and Responsibilities*As a Sales and Client Relations Representative, serves as the main point of contact for our current and potential clients. Petrofly will provide assistance and training so that you will have a clear picture of our software, sales and marketing environment, and clientele. In this position you will be involved with the following responsibilities:* Communicating industry-related topics in a clear, concise yet engaging way* Refining existing content and initiating new strategies* Coordinating with senior employees and asking for input* Analyze competition, market trends, as well as customer demands in order to increase the company's competitive edge and further sales growth* Communicating industry-related topics in a clear, concise yet engaging way* Develop a deep knowledge of the clients driving their vision, products, and services. Representing them with integrity and rectitude to increase sales and enhance profit margins* Answer questions to help customers navigate a variety of effective solutions showing composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and problems arise* Enter and process confidential customer information accurately and efficiently* Generate leads and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists.* Utilizing product knowledge and providing expert advice to resolve arising questions in regards to our clients brand and mission*Basic Qualifications** Must be flexible with schedules including weekends and evenings on occasion* Able to conceptualize, create and curate content in order to grow audience and engagement* Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team* Ability to craft concise, clever copy for marketing and promotional materials* Effective time management skills, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure* Ability to talk with others and convey information in an effective and professional manner* Ability to actively listen; giving full attention to what customers are saying* Ability to take detailed consumer information quickly and accurately* Must be out of school or training program* Must be a U.S. citizen (Petrofly is not sponsoring visas at this time)*Preferred Qualifications** Passion for technology and can navigate across complex and rapidly changing landscapes* Detail-oriented and organized* Creative and confident to express new ideas* Experience within the energy industry is a plus* 1-2 Years of experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition or product development a plus but not required* Grasp client and company knowledge quickly* Track record of over achieving and reliability* Ability to work with a sense of purpose and exercise good judgment in stressful situations* Bachelor's degree preferred* High scheduling flexibility; the ability to work some weekends for larger projects* Ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff and managementJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:* Monday to Friday* On call* Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:* Bonus pay* Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:* Arcadia, CA 91006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* Sales: 2 years (Preferred)* Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Arcadia, CA 91006
