Administrative Coordinator / Inside Sales
We are looking for a qualified Administrative Sales Coordinator to
join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve
as a point of contact for customers with queries about products,
spare parts, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales

The Administrative Sales Coordinator will answer incoming phone
calls to ensure the customers calling in will be answered by a
"live" person, minimize the phone calls going to voice mail and
direct the call to the appropriate department. -The Admin
Coordinator will follow up on tasks and ensure responses are
received. -The individual must be able to work as a member of a
team. The individual will work with and support the Service
Department, Sales, Education, Application Engineering, Engineering
and the Manufacturing departments as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. -Other
duties may be assigned.
Heavy customer interface via e-mail, phone and fax.
Direct calls to the appropriate department for action and
Assist sales managers and independent sales representatives as
Process, invoice, and coordinate shipment details for quotes and
orders as required.
Coordinate shipping & freight for vendor items in support of the
Support and enter eStore transactions. -Assist clients with FAQ's
for the eStore.
Monitor incoming emails and follow up to ensure the emails are
being responded to within the expected time.
Issue Warranty orders and RMA's as required.
Follow up with the customer and technician on delinquent warranty
invoices and RMA's.
Directly enter customer phoned in orders as required.
Resolve credit card and payment issues with customers as
Assist in sales admin and marketing dept activities as time
Assist in service department campaigns.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by Department Leader or
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience is a

3-5 years' experience in customer service or other sales and order
Previous experience working with an Order Entry / CRM system such
as Winman or similar.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and
