Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Analyst to manage the
compensation lifecycle for expert contributors involved in AI data
development.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end payments processing for multiple expert-led Gen AI
training data projects
Automate and maintain payment systems with complex bonus
structures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll flows
and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in payments, payroll processing, or
finance
Familiarity with compensation cycles, payment schedules, and tax
compliance
Experience with SQL for data handling and extraction
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or
related field
