Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Employee Benefits
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee third-party administration of employee benefits programs
and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Administer leave of absence processes and coordinate disability
payments with payroll
Plan and deliver communications and ongoing global wellbeing
programs for employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, typically 5-7 years in
related fields
Minimum of 4 years' benefits administration experience in a
publicly traded multinational company
Strong knowledge of benefit plan design and compliance
requirements
Proficient with Microsoft programs and HRIS systems; Workday and
ADP experience preferred
Experience with Equity programs (ESPP and Long Term Incentive
Plans) is a plus
