Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Learning Associate to
join their Professional Learning team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Associate Director and cross-functional teams
to create and refine professional development sessions
Analyze curriculum and instructional materials to design effective
learning experiences for educators
Conduct research on adult learning theory and educational trends to
ensure materials are evidence-based and accessible
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in K-12 education, instructional design, or
professional development content creation
Deep understanding of instructional needs related to curriculum
implementation and professional growth
Experience developing or delivering professional development for
adult learners
Ability to analyze curriculum content and translate it into
professional learning materials
Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
