A company is looking for a Senior Epic Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex workflows and technical issues to recommend
solutions and oversee system enhancements
Provide high-quality user support and troubleshoot end-user issues,
mentoring others in problem-solving
Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs and foster
collaboration between business operations and IT
Required Qualifications
Current Epic certifications such as Billing and Eligibility
2+ years of experience in analysis, design, build, testing, and
maintenance of Epic applications
Proven ability to lead system enhancements and upgrades
Experience mentoring less experienced team members
Deep knowledge of healthcare workflows related to Epic
applications
