Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Analyst - Chief of Staff to
the CGSO.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with the Chief Growth Strategy Officer to execute
sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
Provides sales reporting, forecasting, and data analysis to support
strategic decisions
Acts as a liaison between the CGSO, sales teams, and P&L owners
for project management and communication
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or a
similar role
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable
insights
Understanding of federal markets and experience in the healthcare
industry is preferred
