Job Description:
A company is looking for a 401(k) Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in
establishing their 401(k) plans
Educate and guide newly signed customers about their retirement
savings options
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
and onboarding processes are efficient
Required Qualifications
Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly
in 401(k) plans
3+ years of customer onboarding experience in a SaaS environment or
retirement industry
Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to customer
follow-up
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
