A company is looking for a Site Contracts Lead - US/LATAM -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for project teams and sponsors regarding
study site contracting activities
Lead and provide expertise on Clinical Trial Agreement processes
and negotiate contract terms with stakeholders
Oversee site contracting strategies, ensuring timely updates and
compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Up to 2 years of experience as a Principal Site Contracts
Specialist and 2-3 years in project leadership or a minimum of 6
years in site contracts within the clinical research industry
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration,
finance, science, or a related field
Knowledge of ICH and GCP Guidelines, as well as local regulatory
requirements for clinical trials
Strong organizational, analytical, and team management skills
Adept understanding of the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry and
applicable local regulations
