Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design Operations Specialist to help
implement a tokenized design system across a large replatforming
initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and document processes for design system governance and asset
iteration
Support the creation and maintenance of component libraries for
multiple brand tiers
Partner with designers and developers to build and QA reusable
components within Builder.io
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in a design ops, UX program management, or systems
design role
Strong understanding of design systems and tokenization
strategies
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Builder.io, and DAM/PIM
platforms
Experience operating in complex multi-brand or enterprise
environments
Proven ability to build scalable processes for high-volume asset
management
