Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist III - Title /
Assignment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Order, receive, and review titles and title updates
Identify and cure potential title issues while collaborating with
the title attorney
Draft and file legal documents and ensure proper billing for title
work
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of foreclosure or related experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems
preferred
Ability to type quickly and accurately is essential
