Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist
to manage customer transactions and support in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendors and internal activities throughout the Caramel
checkout process
Act as a product/technical expert, liaising with engineering to
resolve customer issues
Oversee customer financing and prepare custom sale
documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
1-3+ years of operations or customer support experience, preferably
in technology or automotive
Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office
applications
Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of automobile
terminology preferred
Ability to assist non-technical customers with technical issues
