Job Description:
iKrusher is a preeminent brand in the vape technology hardware
industry, with distribution centers strategically located
throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, and Michigan, and soon to
be in New Jersey as a Multi-State Operator (MSO). The company's
headquarters, situated in Arcadia, California, near Los Angeles,
features an R&D center within its state-of-the-art facility.We
are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be
responsible for all accounts receivable tasks, including checking
receivable payments and depositing checks. You will perform
financial transactions and post them in the general ledger, with
strong attention to detail. You will also perform relevant
administrative duties (e.g., responding to clients via email and
handling invoices).Ultimately, you will ensure the company's
finances run smoothly.Duties and responsibilities:Handle daily A/R
processes timely.Check the receipt and payment records of the bank
account every day and count the daily receipt amount and bank
account balance.Maintain records of monetary transactions such as
safe counts, returned checks, invoice payments and remittance
payments. Keep an adequate record of bounced checks, short
payments, and overpayments. Scan checks received directly to the
bank for deposit. Perform payment intake and ensure that all
invoice payments are received and uploaded to platform. Reconcile
incoming payment weekly. Credit Card statement reconciliation and
dispute resolution, checking the information of the clerk's credit
card collection documents. Contact online vendors and banks.
Organizing all payment documents, receipts, and checks. Prepare and
submit weekly/monthly AR reports. Post transactions and categorize
records in cash entry and general ledger.Maintain customer
confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information
confidential by following internal controls.Prepare documents for
audits.Communicate with VP of Finance on work status and help solve
issues that arise.Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in an
accounting role.Bachelor's or associate degree in Accounting or
Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting.Mandarin
speaking is preferred and fluent in English.Ability to function in
a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Excellent use of
Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets.A
proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task,
think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced
environment.Ability to work under pressure and perform several
tasks concurrently in a deadline driven environment.Excellent
attention to detail.Strong organizational and communication
skills.Confidentiality and integrityHigh sense of
responsibilityAble to work independently as well as collaboratively
with a team.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.Position:
Full-time HourlyBenefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision
benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
Eligible for the company's 401k plan after 90 days of employment.
Sick hours are earned from date of hire and eligible to use after
90 days of employment. 7 paid holidays per year. Eligible to earn
