Job Description:
Job Purpose:IKRUSHER is looking for a talented individual to
join the operations team to help our fast-growing company build a
better customer retention system and provide strong support on
business operations. If you are an exceptional communicator with
excellent organizational skills and enjoy the sense of
accomplishment through helping customers and colleagues to
troubleshoot problems and engaging in other different operational
tasks, then this is the position for you. In this role, you will
have to handle various kinds of tasks, including complaints or
inquiries from customers and salespersons. You must be a fast
learner and acquire adequate knowledge of our products and services
through training and experience accumulation as soon as possible.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to
explicitly explain all the Whys and Hows to our customers and
salespersons. In addition, you will also need to wear multiple hats
in this operational position, for example, assisting the manager in
day-to-day inventory management, coordinating and managing project
tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and
timelines, assisting in policy implementation, creating, and
maintain operations documents/paperwork, and provide training
service to colleagues. Also, you will be a liaison between the
sales team and the factory in China.Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers and salespersons in person, or by
phone call, emails, chats, meetings, etc.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the
customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure
resolution.
- Taking apart some defective samples to troubleshoot the problem
as needed.
- Demonstrate initiative to follow up and close those complaint
cases with proper resolutions.
- Complete the necessary documentation and facilitate reports on
all cases handled.
- Engage in different projects simultaneously while efficiently
creating and updating present projects' related paperwork or
progress sheet in an organized fashion.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shipment schedules
with factories in China to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks per requests.
- Supporting the operations manager with the enforcement of
company policies and standards.
- Create and maintain clear and accurate operations
documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Work collaboratively with the team and other departments in the
company to solve complaints or facilitate project progress
including associates in our manufacturing facility in China.
- Provide training to colleagues regarding new products, new
systems, or new policies.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and
listening (MUST HAVE); Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese)
required, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer and typing skills (MUST be able to type 50+
WPM); Skillful in Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word,
MS Outlook, MS CRM Dynamics).
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking
abilities.
- Ability to gauge, adapt and respond to different types of
personalities.
- Have empathy and patience; be self-motivated and emotionally
stable.
- Want to learn about our products (FMCG electronics) and have
the desire to become an expert?
- Have adaptability and can adjust to constantly changing
workloads.
- Results-oriented and self-driven work ethic.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Going one step ahead in position and can evaluate information
that's been collected and make useful suggestions to the superior
on better practices or procedures.
- Be proactive in figuring out the answer yourself instead of
waiting for somebody else to provide it.Job Details:
- Working Conditions: The position works in an office
environment.
- Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, and repetitive use of
hands or arms - no requirement for lifting.Benefits:
