for a Full-Time, Spanish Speaking Nurse Practitioner/Physician
Assistant to join our Risk Assessment and Documentation Team in the
San Gabriel Valley Community. The clinicians we seek are those who
practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want
our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the

Gabriel Valley regional footprint 10-12 PPD on average - will not

- Spanish Speaking
- Masters degree from a four-year college and/or a professional
certification beyond a four-year college
- Unrestricted CA NP license
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner
Program
- Current AANP certification
- Current CA DEA certificate prior to start date
- EMR Proficient
- Excellent patient care and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, team player,
adaptable to changing priorities
