Job Description We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and conscientious Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our full-time positions These positions require a CNA who is punctual, flexible, have great communication and willing to work as part of a team. Above all, we are looking for a person who puts the needs of patients first. This excellent opportunity, as a skilled CNA, to earn additional income, build a schedule that works for you, while growing your clinical skill set Responsibilities: Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment Assist in the transport of patients Provide companionship and basic care to patients Maintain a clean and healthy environment --- Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to work well in teams Requirements: Active Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) by the State of California, Department of Health TB test documentation CPR/BLS certification Pass background checks Benefits: Competitive pay - $16-17/hr Flexible schedules Attendance bonuses and Hazard Pay may apply $2 extra per hour working in a Covid-19 Building
