Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year A bit about us: Our firm is
seeking a highly motivated, experienced Associate Attorney
specializing in Healthcare to join our legal team on a permanent
basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a
variety of health law issues, with a primary focus on
Payor-Provider Litigation. This position offers an exciting
opportunity to work closely with a team of seasoned attorneys,
contribute to high-profile cases, and make a significant impact in

Responsibilities: 1. Represent healthcare clients in a wide range
of legal matters, including payor-provider disputes, contract
negotiations, and regulatory compliance. 2. Conduct thorough legal
research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and
legal implications. 3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of
healthcare-related contracts and agreements. 4. Advocate for
clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and
alternative dispute resolution proceedings. 5. Stay updated on
current laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting healthcare
clients and provide proactive legal advice. 6. Collaborate with
other attorneys to develop effective legal strategies and
solutions. 7. Maintain client relationships by providing excellent
customer service, including regular updates and timely responses to
inquiries. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. Minimum of
5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on
healthcare law. 4. Proven experience in payor-provider litigation.
5. In-depth understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and
industry trends. 6. Exceptional research, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. 7. Excellent negotiation and advocacy
skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently,
and meet deadlines. 9. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. 10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
