experienced Junior Partner to join our Employment Law division.
This is a permanent position and offers a unique opportunity to
join our dynamic team of legal professionals. If you are passionate
about employment law, have a proven track record in the field, and
are looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant
impact, then this is the perfect role for you. 1. Provide legal
advice and representation to clients on a variety of employment law
matters, including wage and hour disputes, class action lawsuits,
labor issues, and unfair labor practices. 2. Conduct thorough and
detailed investigations into potential violations of employment
law. 3. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings,
briefs, motions, and settlement agreements. 4. Represent clients in
court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative
hearings. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their
needs are met. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in
employment law and adapt strategies accordingly. 7. Contribute to
the firm's business development efforts, including through
networking and speaking engagements. 8. Work collaboratively with
other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise. 9. Assist in
the training and mentoring of junior staff. 10. Uphold the firm's
values and ethical standards at all times. Qualifications: 1. Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to
the state bar. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment
law, with a focus on wage and hour disputes, class action lawsuits,
labor issues, and unfair labor practices. 4. Proven track record of
successfully representing clients in employment law matters. 5.
Excellent legal research and writing skills. 6. Strong negotiation
skills, with the ability to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 8. Ability to
work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 9.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards. 10. Strong
business development skills, with a proven ability to attract and
retain clients. 11. Willingness to take on leadership
responsibilities and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.
