We are seeking a dedicated and highly competent Permanent Prelitigation Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry, with a specific focus on prelitigation case management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Job Details Job Details: We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This role specifically focuses on Lemon Law and Personal Injury, requiring a unique blend of skills and experience. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of cases from intake to resolution. The position involves direct client interaction, legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiation. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your skills will be crucial in securing positive outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Manage a large caseload of Lemon Law and Personal Injury cases from intake to resolution. 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case proceedings. 3. Draft, review, and ensure compliance of all legal documentation related to assigned cases. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction. 5. Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless case progression. 6. Utilize your negotiation skills to reach beneficial settlements for our clients. 7. Ensure all case management activities are accurately recorded and updated in Filevine. 8. Comply with all legal standards and regulations at all times. 9. Liaise with insurance companies, medical providers, and other external parties as required. 10. Participate in prelitigation processes, assisting in the preparation of cases for trial when necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, or related field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, specifically in Lemon Law and Personal Injury. 3. Proficient knowledge of Personal Injury Law and Legal Compliance. 4. Proven experience in prelitigation processes, legal research, and legal writing. 5. Exceptional client relationship management skills. 6. Strong negotiation abilities. 7. Familiarity with legal documentation and processes. 8. Proficiency in using Filevine or a similar case management software. 9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload and meet tight deadlines. 10. Superior written and verbal communication skills. 11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 12. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
