Key Responsibilities
Evaluate legal risks and provide risk assessments to internal
clients
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with
applicable laws
Support new business development through due diligence and
regulatory integration
Required Qualifications
Over 7 years of experience in regulatory law, preferably in medical
device or healthcare sectors
Active license to practice law
Expertise in negotiating documents related to clinical studies
Ability to stay informed on legislative updates impacting the
medical device industry
Preference for candidates local to Marlborough, MA, or Arden Hills,
MN
