Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to join our team in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic and detail-oriented environment where you will play a key role in ensuring a secure and efficient testing experience for candidates. The role involves maintaining the integrity of the test center, assisting candidates during their exams, and adhering to established procedures and protocols. Responsibilities: • Enforce and apply comprehensive knowledge of test center policies and procedures to ensure compliance. • Welcome candidates upon arrival, verify their identification, and conduct necessary security checks. • Monitor examinees throughout their tests to maintain a fair and secure environment. • Address and resolve candidate concerns promptly and report any irregularities. • Safeguard testing materials and maintain the confidentiality of the test center. • Provide clear instructions and support to ensure candidates have a smooth testing experience. • Document and report incidents outside of standard operational guidelines. • Adapt to flexible scheduling aligned with operational days and requirements. • Represent the organization's values and maintain a detail-oriented approach at all times. • Perform fingerprint scanning and digital recording of candidate identification, if applicable.• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is preferred. • At least one year of customer service experience in roles such as retail, call centers, or restaurants. • Must be of legal age to qualify for the position. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members. • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office and web browsing tools. • Ability to handle small tools and equipment, as well as pack and unpack items for shipping or installation. • Capable of bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds as needed. • Able to remain seated for extended periods while monitoring exams and physically maneuver through the test room regularly.
