Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring a Engineer Tech 1 in Irvine, California with a well-known industry leader. In this role you will support the Manufacturing team in organizing and managing technical documentation. This is a first shift position. As an Engineer Tech you will: Be responsible for gathering, creating, and organizing electronic copies of manufacturing data and documentation under the guidance of a Manufacturing Engineer. Collect and compile technical documentation from manufacturers. Create and maintain organized electronic records of manufacturing data. Assist in the migration and standardization of documentation across platforms. Collaborate with engineers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness. Support technical writing and formatting of engineering documents. Maintain version control and document tracking systems. Estimated Duration 24 months The ideal candidate will have: Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, file management, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic technical writing ability Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus Education: Background in STEM or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is a plus Pay Rate: $25.19 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
