Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of AI/ML Technology to lead
and scale its AI/ML division.
Key Responsibilities
Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML
initiatives
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI/ML
professionals
Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI/ML model development and
deployment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field required
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of ten years of experience in software engineering, data
science, or a related field
At least five years of leadership experience managing engineering
or data science teams
Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning
models in production environments
