Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their
engineering team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, reliable backend systems while
leading technical initiatives
Drive strategies for system reliability, scalability, and
maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful
solutions and mentor engineers
Required Qualifications
BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
technical field
8+ years of backend software engineering experience with a track
record of technical leadership
Proficiency in backend languages such as Java or Go and familiarity
with cloud-native technologies
Deep understanding of distributed systems and performance tuning at
scale
Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and test
automation
