Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain job architecture framework and pay grades for
all job classifications
Oversee the administration and compliance of compensation programs
and ensure alignment with business needs
Create communication strategies to educate employees about total
rewards programs and facilitate incentive plan processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related
field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and HR
operations
3+ years of experience leading a compensation team in a dynamic
organization
Substantial knowledge of compensation design and administration
Experience with Workday Core HR and proficiency in Microsoft and
Google Suites
