Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist III to
enhance customer engagement and support internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training and support for new and current team members
Manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction through timely
responses
Conduct regular business reviews and create KPI reports for
performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, supply
chain, or equivalent experience (5 years in customer service)
Experience in a manufacturing customer service team is
advantageous
2+ years of Oracle experience preferred
2+ years of Microsoft CRM experience preferred
Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed
