INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY

Rancho Mirage, California (Coachella Valley)

Position Highlights :

• Favorable Call Schedule: 1-2 weekdays per week (5pm-7am) + 1-2 weekends per month; call shared across team with defined coverage structure
• Culture & Support: Collaborative, physician-led group with strong hospital alignment, administrative support, and established referral network
• Partnership Opportunities: Partnership track with equal pay per day model and long-term earning potential up to $750K-$1M+; opportunity to grow within an expanding IR service line

Compensation & Benefits :

• Compensation: $550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed)
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 - $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)

Qualifications :

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
• Licensure: Eligible for California medical licensure
• Skillset: Broad procedural competency including biopsies, drains, vascular interventions, and general IR procedures; comfort in high-volume environment preferred
• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and fellows
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis
