Practice Highlights 100% Outpatient Primary Care Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights, no weekends, no call 20–22 patients per day Team-based care model with strong clinical support Serving 48,000 patients annually across a large multisite network Locations Available Multiple sites across the greater Los Angeles area , including: Downtown Los Angeles Bell / Huntington Park Hawthorne Harbor City Wilmington (Sites located within South Los Angeles and the South Bay/Harbor region.)
