Job Description Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are seeking an Interim Director of Pharmacy for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in San Diego, CA. Our client is looking for someone who can start in the next couple of weeks and this is a possible temp-to-hire. The ideal candidate must have an active/clear California license, be willing to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). Role: Interim Director of Pharmacy (DOP) Setting: Long Term Acute Care Hospital Schedule: MondayFriday (Day shifts) Duties: Provide full oversight of pharmacy operations Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the site Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams Pharmacy system: RX Connect Minimum Qualifications: Active California Pharmacist License (required) Prior experience as a Director of Pharmacy in California Recent leadership experience in an long term acute careor acute carehospital Strong regulatory and operational knowledge Travel accommodations will be provided including lodging, air fare, mileage, and meals per diem.
