MedSurg / Tele - Night Shift Join our dynamic team as a
Med-Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in vibrant Gardena, where

are seeking a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our team for the PM shift. This role involves providing
high-quality patient care to a diverse population, monitoring
cardiac telemetry, and ensuring smooth recovery for patients
requiring continuous monitoring and medical-surgical care. The
ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills,
experience with telemetry, and the ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: -Provide direct patient
care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit, monitoring vital signs and
telemetry readings -Perform comprehensive assessments, administer
medications, and assist with treatment plans -Monitor and respond
to changes in patient conditions promptly -Educate patients and
families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge
instructions -Accurately document patient information in EPIC or
other EMR systems -Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and
healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes At Sable
