Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Associate Analyst, Behavioral
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to behavioral health clinical teams to enhance
member engagement and care delivery
Conduct outreach to educate members about specialty programs and
assist them in locating services
Perform administrative duties including resource searches, handling
Transition of Care requests, and processing clinical cases
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in Behavioral Health care
Previous experience in Customer Service
Proficiency with computer skills, including navigating multiple
systems
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience preferred
