Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Success Director.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver education and training to new users while managing
relationships with external clinical champions
Provide product feedback and collaborate with product teams to
define a clinical product roadmap
Develop and track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics
to communicate long-term impact
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)
Experience with Epic and understanding of clinical documentation
workflows
Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from
conception through launch
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically
clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced,
startup environment
