recognized by US News & World Report is seeking a LVN-MDS
Coordinator. - The LVN-MDS Coordinator develops, completes, and
transmits resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current
Federal and State standards; applies comprehensive knowledge of MDS
processes; performs utilization reviews, and has knowledge of
Quality Improvement and Care Planning. S/he also ensures Medicare A
and B recipients have the appropriate length of stay and receive
the appropriate care.
Shift: Per Diem/On call - - - -**$38.00-$44.00 p/h (DOE).
To be successful in this role you would have: -
- Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program
- Minimum one-year experience as an LVN at another accredited
Continuing Care Community,. -
- Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation,
review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
Current/prior experience with Infection Prevention program
- Current LVN license and current CPR certification.
- MDS Certification or willingness to complete within 3
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
- Skilled Nursing or Senior Care experience preferred
