A company is looking for a Patient Access and Affordability
Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise corporate programs, ensuring compliance with policies and
regulations
Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and provide ongoing
training for team members
Analyze quality and performance metrics to implement process
improvements and manage client issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in financial services, business, healthcare
administration, or related field
Minimum of three years of progressively related experience
At least one to two years of team management experience
Experience in compliance and operational auditing
Knowledge of healthcare or financial operations preferred
