Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to initial member or client contacts through
various communication channels
Provide care recommendations and facilitate referrals based on
members' clinical needs
Document contacts accurately and maintain compliance with Standard
Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (social work,
counseling, or related field)
Experience providing direct service in a behavioral health setting,
including assessment and case management
Professional license (LPC, LMFT, LSW) required
Desirable certifications include CEAP, CADC, or NBCC
