Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Renewals Manager to
manage customer renewals and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client renewals, ensuring timely execution of
processes and contracts
Collaborate with Account Executives to support renewals,
particularly during expansion opportunities
Analyze customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to
improve renewal processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or
related discipline preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales portfolio management for
software solutions
Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and accurately
forecasting to executives
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Proactive and results-oriented with a history of achieving sales
and revenue targets
