Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal / Contract Manager for a
one-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, revise, and negotiate contracts for the worldwide
sales team
Work independently with internal clients and external parties on
sales transactions
Facilitate and coordinate the completion of corporate and travel
agency contracting and sponsorships
Required Qualifications
Paralegal certification
At least 4 years of experience as a transactional paralegal or
contract manager
Strong working knowledge of commercial contract principles and
procedures
Experience with a variety of commercial agreements, including
non-disclosure agreements
Ability to work remotely and manage a 40-hour workweek
