Job Description:
A company is looking for a Creative Production Studio Manager to
oversee a multi-disciplinary creative services organization.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily functions of the Creative Production Studio, ensuring
high performance and operational excellence
Manage staffing, onboarding, and professional development to
enhance team productivity and retention
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on processes, expectations,
and deliverables for successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications
BA in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years in creative and/or marketing services
At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a
multi-shore delivery model
Experience managing large teams (20+ direct and indirect
reports)
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Experience
Manager is preferred
