Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr/Care Manager, Patient Support
Services - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to obtain eligibility information and
document accurately
Assist customers with pharmacy-related services and maintain
professionalism in communication
Contact insurance companies for benefit investigations and provide
prior authorization support
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, or
insurance verification
Previous data entry experience with a typing speed of 30wpm or
more
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and soft phone
systems
Must reside in the same country where the job is located
