Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Deal Management Specialist to
manage the deal lifecycle and ensure compliance with company
policies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales teams to structure and analyze complex deals
for compliance and profitability
Review and negotiate customer contracts, working with Legal to
ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Process incoming orders and manage cross-functional collaboration
to enhance deal-related communication
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in deal desk, order management, or related
roles in the technology industry
Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, contract terms, and
revenue recognition principles
Proficiency in analyzing complex deals and financial metrics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems, preferably
Salesforce
Undergraduate degree in a related field is a plus
